Plate With Purpose

When you discover something that brightens your soul, you want to share that with others. Every day we wake up, it's our choice to vote toward a better future for ourselves and the community we're a part of. With years of experience in the functional health field, we fully understand the relationship of the daily choices we make and its impact on the cellular level. How we feel and function. We can receive the tools to succeed, but its up to us what we do with them.

My Story

Some journeys are chosen, and others unfold in ways we never expect. As a former division 1 soccer player with a major in Mass Communications Journalism, minor in Psychology, sports broadcasting was my line of work. My junior year of college led the way to an internship with ESPN Radio and a full time job offer. But, something in me said to politely decline the offer. My whole family was shocked. I knew in my gut this decision would guide me to something even better. A whole new light, a mission.

My path into the functional medicine field started as a relentless curiosity about getting to myself more. I’ve felt the frustration of unanswered questions, one-size-fits all approach, and the usual "take this" to mask the inner, deeper root. This was all soon to change. What started off as a patient experience, functional medicine opened my eyes to a different way of viewing health—one where the body isn’t just a set of systems to manage, but an interconnected network that thrives when given your unique tools. That what's at the end of our fork can create the path to health or illness. It’s not about treating problems in isolation; it’s about understanding how daily choices, environment, and biology work together at the deepest level. My mission is simple: to empower individuals to know there are more options. To hand the power back into their hands with "their plan", not "my plan."

Rooted in evidence-based solutions designed for real, lasting change. Because health isn’t just something we manage—it’s something we build. It's understanding why health is important to us and being honest with ourselves in what we are willing to remove and replace in order to feel better. By making informed choices, you not only build your own resilience in today’s modern world but also inspire others!

People are doing the best with what they know. And it’s so true. The more informed we become, the greater strides we make to creating a healthier & prospering environment in our home.
